The Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile annual kickoff meeting on August 30-31, 2022 is open to all grantees of the 2022-2023 Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile program. The CE event being offered the evening of the August 30 will be focused on Infection Control and all providers will be required to either attend in person or watch the recorded version before providing care after Sept 15. All funded SAS programs are required to attend the all day program on August 31 and can send as many representatives to the meeting as they wish. Programs may submit reimbursment for overnight expenses, travel and other allowable expenses for up to $500 per program. Project managers and dental providers for programs are requested to attend. Please see additional meeting details below: Hotel: The convening will take place at Hotel Marshfield located at 2700 S. Central Avenue Marshfield, WI 54449. Phone: (715) 387-2700. The room block at Hotel Marshfield is under "Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile" and all hotel reservations must be made by July 30. After July 30th rates and availability will not be guaranteed. Dental equipment service: Bob Kennedy of DNTLWorks will be available on Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday to service equipment. Bob will service equipment for programs in SE WIsconsin prior to the meeting and sign up for both service options will be sent out in July.
