This workshop will equip you with brass-tacks information about the stage in life known as perimenopause, those years leading into menopause, as well as useful info about the menopause transition itself. In addition, we will examine your own feelings about aging and midlife, and empower you to move into this next stage of life with clarity and intention. We will conclude with a group guided meditation and restorative yoga session to underscore the importance of rest and community.
