Found Ring

This could be a very long shot, but I found a ring approximately 50 years ago. I always felt bad for whomever the person who lost it. At the time, I probably could have tried a little harder to find the owner, but it would have been difficult. I know it seems strange that I want to find the owner after all this time, but it still bothers me to this day. Like I said, it is a long shot to say the least, but u never know. And who knows if the person is even still living. But perhaps a spouse or a relative could know about it. Anyway, if anyone lost a rather nice ring some 50 years ago, please respond with a description of the ring and the possible location that they thought they may have lost it, and any other identifying circumstances.
