Description

Ethos Farm Project is a 501 c3, non-profit founded to address the interconnected nature of how agriculture affects human health, planetary health, and our relationship with nature. We do so by producing truly nourishing food to feed our community and restoring the land – all while cultivating and empowering a new generation of farmers, doctors, and nurses through our hands-on educational programming. To help us achieve our mission and vision, we are resurrecting Farm Days to bring people to our beautiful 342 acre farm in bucolic Long Valley, NJ, on Sept 24th and 25th, 2022! Farm Days will be a weekend full of VIP speakers in plant-based nutrition, environmental health and animal advocacy, discussing how our diets not only affect our health but the health of the planet and our connection with animals and nature. There will also be tours of the farm, plant-based food options, and movement activities throughout the day. Presenters include T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., Joel Fuhrman, M.D., Michael Klaper, M.D., Gene Baur, and Sailesh Rao, Ph.D. Our Proposed Agenda Event is rain or shine. Movement activities and tours are subject to change if there is severe weather. Lectures will take place under tents. All speakers and activity coordinators are confirmed but exact times are subject to change.
