At each Supper Club, Executive Chef James Briscione will present a selection of welcoming aperitivos followed by a four-course dinner that will feature Italian favorites. In addition, wine pairings will be included as selected by Brooke Parkhurst, Wine Director.
Summer is here and there is no better way to celebrate with the wine of the season, rosé. Rosé wines have come a long way over the years, taking front and center when the weather warms. As rosé wines are made from many types of grapes from all over the world, there is a wide variety to choose from; sparkling to still, electrically acidic to lush and mellow. Brooke Parkhurst, Wine Director, and Max Rowe, who is Breakthrough Beverage’s Luxury Wine Specialist will hand select five stellar rosés from around the world to compare pair with Chef James Briscione’s late summer tapas.
