Description

Losing a child is the most challenging and difficult experience a parent will ever face. Sponsored by Pillars of Light and Love, Certified Grief Counselor, Donna Carlson, will lead a monthly group on the first Tuesday of each month in-person at the Empowering U Center to help parents navigate life without their child. We invite parents, in-laws and grandparents of those who have experienced such a tragic loss to join one another, and Donna, to share your experience, obtain strength from one another and to learn healthy coping skills. Being with those who have experienced the same loss can be very comforting because they understand the depths of your sorrow. Our goal is to help you heal and live with grace and courage.
