My neighbor and good friend Terry is a disabled vetran and his dog Hope was stolen by a homeless woman named Stormie Colbert. She was last spotted at Beach Park with the missing dog. She's a caucasian woman with dark brown roots and blonde hair to shoulders length with Green blue eyes. Hope was stolen off of Wilson and South H behind the Dollar Tree. If found Please Please Please message me asap and there is a reward of $100. Hope is all Black with curly hair and big heavy ears that drag on the ground.
