lost backpack next to Rio Rosales Elementary School/ park

Some teenagers (3-4) took my sons California republic backpack while he was shooting hoops today at approx. 4pm in the park right next to Rio Rosales Elementary School. If anyone knows anything, please advise me. All I know is they were teenager 13-16 yo, a dark blue BMX bike, the California Republic backpack contained 4 gift cards and cash. No questions asked, just tell me where to pickup the backpack and ids and we are good. The ids and backpack are sentimental. Thank you so much
