Landlord looking for a person with some experience in plumbing, light electrical, painting and cleaning apartment units (Drywall and light carpentry work a bonus but not required) in exchange for renting an apartment unit.
Other work may including removing items, garbage from apartment units. Showing units to prospective tenants
Locations include: W.85th Detroit area, W.65th Denison, Metro Hospital area and Garfield Hts.
Must have own reliable transportation. Landlord will provide all supplies.
Compensation: live in position/ building manager - 1 bedroom W.85th area. occasional extra work available for cash compensation
