REQUIRERMENTS: 1. A current drivers license. 2. Your own vehicle. 3. Your own tools. YOU MUST HAVE THESE THINGS TO WORK FOR ME. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You should be able to be left alone on the job site and get things done on time. Doors and window installation, framing, trim & crown, tile & flooring, paint prep and painting brush roll and spray, dry wall all phases. The list goes on. PYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 100lbs Must not be afraid of heights. Must be able to work in full sun. You cannot be on disability of any kind for this Gig. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This is a drug & alcohol free work environment. A drug test will be performed for opiods, cocain, meth, + others. A back ground check will be performed for warrants. This is a contract labor/gig position a w-9 is required. Your own workers comp or an exempt document will suffice. Pay is in cash weekly.
