So I was dumped off in Cedar Hills, Texas by my owners. I wandered into a shop where this kind man took me to a vet to read my chip. I've been neutered and everything. The nice lady at the vet said the chip gave them two phone numbers to call. They wouldn't answer either phone. And now, the nice man has to move and can't take me with him. Help! I am very loving have a soft, sweet disposition.
