Description
We are in need of a Jack of All Trades Maintenance Technician for a mid sized apartment complex located in La Mesa.
duties to include snaking of drains, troubleshoot appliance and electrical glitches, power washing, wall/drywall patching, asphalt patching, interior/exterior painting and unit turnovers. experience with vinyl floor installment a plus.
this role is flexible, we can offer 10-30 hours per week depending on experience and knowledge with different trades. Most tools provided.
2 years of experience in a similar role required. Previous plumbing experience is a MUST. Candidate must be comfortable moving heavy objects.
