Hi! We are part of a gyro food stand located in the Fiddlers Green amphitheater. This is for people who are looking for a summer gig, that are reliable and have food service experience. There are concerts/ events almost every weekend until October. You are able to look at the fiddler Green calender and see if those dates work for your schedule. It's important for us to have a crew that wants to be here and shows up. A typical schedule is you'd arrive and clock in about 1.5 hours before doors open and typically work til midnight. When first arriving it's prepping getting ready and then once doors open it gets busy. So expect high volume and a fast paced environment. During this time your just making a gyros and interacting with customers and your team. After the rush is done we clean up close down and come back for the next show. Obviously this is a temporary job! Saying that there is no guarantee in high tips. Each show is different. So on a good day/ high volume you can make up to $50 an hour, on a slow event could make as low as $20 an hour.
