I'm Cory, an artist in Fortuna Ca. I am in need of a place, in the Fortuna area, to use as an art studio for 18 months. After that, my focus will turn to marketing the work nationally or internationally that I create during those 18 months. I am currently on disability, but I can pay up to to $250 per month.
