Washington Home Solutions is a real estate investment company that acquires and remodels residential homes and rental properties. We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Assistant to work with our team as we complete rental property maintenance and home remodels, mostly in and around Bremerton. Basic handyman or construction experience would be preferred, but if you are hard working and willing to learn, we can train you! Tasks include: Drywall repairs Painting Flooring repair and replacement Basic electrical/plumbing (fixture replacement) Basic carpentry Groundskeeping/Maintenance Must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred), a professional demeanor and willing to take direction, work with a team or unsupervised. Full time/part time $21 - $30/hour D.O.E.
