Re-homing 2-year-old male cat

Re-homing our two year old male cat, Cheeto. He was born 5/30/2020 and we got him as a kitten, we are his first family, aside from his mother and her caretakers. Cheeto was neutered when he was about 6 months old. He has only been an indoor cat and has been out on the deck, but has not been away from the house. He is a bit shy of new people and when people come over, he hides. Would be best if he went to a home with little traffic and preferably to a home with less people. He does get along really well with our 10-year-old son, he's his favorite person. He does get along with his sister, whom we have, but he has not made contact with other cats. He tolerates Chihuahua mix, but again, has not made contact with any other dogs. Will re-home to a new, loving home and am asking for a small re-homing fee to ensure that he goes to a good home.
