FOUND Budgie aka Parakeet

FOUND a budgie / parakeet at the park-- Coleman Dock area on Lake Washington. The internet suggests it may be a female. It is green and yellow. It is banded. It is not very talkative, but seems to be in decent health. Its hobbies include: biting fingers, eating birdseed, and trying to escape makeshift enclosures. It loves watermelon, and evading capture. That is all I know.
