We are local Baltimore Flipping company with 20 years in business is hiring. We are easy to work with and are family-oriented. We provide consistent work and steady pay. We purchase, renovate, rent, sell and build multiple houses annually in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. We have on-going renovations at all times. We are looking for a crew of skilled and reliable Carpenters to add to our TEAM that have experience working with real estate investors who can do: 1) Need to reframe the basement for Master Bedroom, Bath, Mech Room, family room, etc. 2) Need to support with LVL beam structural walls to be removed. 3) Need to frame bulkheads once plumbing electrical and HVAC are complete 4) Need additional framing to prepare for drywall This is a project base work with 2 - 3 days work and with pay of 2k -2.5k Must have their own transportation and tools, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to work a full day and weekends at times.
