Take ownership of the detail department to ensure customers have a great experience and leave in a clean car. Also take ownership of the lot in appearance, merchandising and organization. ALSO hiring Detailers. Responsibilities: Be the point person for sales and service. Delegate and Oversee washes and delivery details. Manage the lot to ensure cars are well merchandised. Hold detail staff accountable Oversee service washes Check in daily with manager-on-duty to communicate the state of the lot, planned projects, daily goals and strategies. Requirements: Supervisor experience Detailing experience Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Vehicle polishing experience -not required/ will train the right person All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and pre-employment drug test.
