Seeking a construction helper for apartment hurricane damage repair. Experience a bonus, must be punctual, reliable, and have your own transportation. Must provide two references. Must be able to work in heat, be willing to cart supplies and work in potentially gross situations (Roaches? Creepy crawl spaces? Could happen.) You would be replacing someone who looked at their phone all the time, so... don't be that person.
