Groundskeeper Essential duties and responsibilities: • Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. • Uses hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning shears, to ensure daily up keep of property grounds. • Light Maintenance duties including painting • Operates blowers and other small power equipment to clear walk ways and parking areas. • General debris clean up and up keep of grounds, including trash pick-up, trash removal, and pick up after pets. • Represents the company in a professional manner at all times and consistently uphold policies of the community. • Complies with all community safety policies and procedures including utilizing recommended safety equipment (i.e., rubber gloves, sturdy shoes, etc.). • Ensures that all duties are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner by following the make ready checklist and or as directed by management. • All other duties assigned Join us if you • Want to be part of a Top 100 Companies to work for in Arizona • Enjoy being part of a team. • Are a self-starter and can follow instructions. • Have the availability and flexibility to work weekends and Holiday’s on emergency basis Benefits we can’t wait to share with you: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401K • Generous Paid Time Off
