Description

Stafford Excavation LLC is looking to hire experienced heavy equipment operators to work in the Portland Metropolitan and surrounding areas. Description for Heavy Equipment Operator: - House Dig Outs - Land Clearing - Mainline Digging - Earthwork Requirements & Qualifications: - All applicants must have experience operating common excavation equipment including, but not limited to: Excavators, Dozer, Wheel, Loaders, Backhoes and Off-Road Dump Trucks - Operators must be able to work in outdoor elements, safely work in and around the equipment - Have a phone to be reachable - Have reliable transportation to be able to commute to the job - Minimum 3 years experience - Ability to follow instructions - Excellent mechanical skills - Ability to carry 50lbs-100lbs as needed with/without assistance - Earthwork & Grading experience - Be a team player Responsibilities include: - Daily start-up procedures of equipment - Daily maintenance of equipment - Communicate maintenance needs to Supervisor - Be willing to provide labor help as needed - Follow all safety procedures on jobsites - Work efficiently to meet deadlines Details: - $24 - $32 DOE - Full time - Competitive wages - Benefits available after waiting period (Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k) If you are interested in joining our team, please reply with resume or brief description of your experience.
