Benefits Upon Permanent Hire for General Laborers: Paid vacation Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match up to 4% 6 Paid Holidays Referral Bonus (up to $2000) Discretionary Bonus Duties and Responsibilities for General Laborers: Providing assistance throughout the warehouse, including working on the sort chain, clean up, assisting pullers, packaging lumber units, and training on the saws. Perform various roles on the sort chain, including but not limited to banding units, placing stickers, packaging, and operating multiple machine centers. Perform clean-up duties throughout the facility to eliminate safety and fire hazards. Assist with dust mitigation. Retrieve and put away tags. Willingness to learn and operate in various positions based on supervisor discretion and business needs. Maintain a safe environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures. Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor. Skills and Qualifications for General Laborers: General working knowledge of processes in warehouse Ability to listen, read, and accurately follow instructions Ability to work as part of a team and stay on task independently Show initiative with strong desire to learn Work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Company vision and cultural alignment Ability to lift 20-30 pounds on an as-needed basis Previous lumber knowledge helpful Job Details for General Laborers: Temp-Hire Shifts Available per Position: Monday - Friday Puller Assistant - optional ½ day weekend work 6am-3:30pm @ $15.00 OR 3pm - 1:30am @ $18.00 General Labor: Monday - Friday from 6am - 3:30pm ($15.00 - $18.00/hr) Cleaning Crew Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm @ $15.00
