Sweet cat needs new home

14 year old female cat needs lovely, clean and safe new home. She was my mother's cat and my mom is moving into an care facility where she cannot take the cat. She is healthy, is indoor/outdoor and would be ideal for one person with no other pets. Two people would be ok, too, and she would not fight with other pets but gets more fearful around them so is more attached to people if no other pets are around (I have other pets which is why I am ideally looking for a home with no other pets). It would be lovely if she could still go outside (after making sure she feels secure in the new home, never let a cat outside in a new area until that is sure). Please reply with some information about yourself, your home and living situation for consideration.
