Deck Sanded & Stained - Own tools required

I have a small deck with a built in bench that needs to be lightly sanded and re-stained. The screen door also needs a couple of screws to reattach the damper. I do not have the ability to supply you with required tools, so you must already have them. Handyman/trades experience preferred. Will provide a deposit at job start with prompt payment via venmo/paypal/etc. upon completion.
