Hi! I am in search of someone who is looking for part time/ event based work. I am an investor in a food/catering service, and we currently have one event per week (Sunday) that we are looking to hire someone to assist with. The Sunday events run from 1-5p, but we will need assistance from 11:30a - 6p. The venue is located on Berryhill Road, near Uptown.
Please be prepared to help prep food, fry food, assist the chef with the saute station, and clean the work environment. The food prep and cooking takes place on a food truck, parked right outside the venue, which can get warm during peak hours. There will be servers to assist with providing the plates to guests, so the majority of your time will be spent on the food truck.
I am open to anyone who is hard working, punctual, can follow directions easily, and who can multi-task effectively. Preference will be given if you have chef/cooking/restaurant experience. No age requirement. We are a small business, so I really need someone who is reliable and a good communicator. The first event will take place this Sunday, 7/10.
