Footwear Unlimited Outbound Coordinator FULL-TIME $25/hr 99 Larkin Williams Ind Court, Fenton, MO 63026 The Outbound Coordinator Duties Include: • Coordinating the running of waves, scheduling, and prioritizing • Working closely with the DC floor team in training on customer requirements • Scheduling all of the pickups for outbound shipments • Understanding in detail all customer routing guides and requirements • Assisting with daily prioritizing of outbound shipments • Preparing all necessary shipping documents • Conducting audits for accuracy confirmation on outbound shipments • Helping foster a high level of safety, quality, and accuracy *Pay ranges from $22.50 - $25.00 Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM - Shift length: 8.5 - 10.5 hours - Days: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays based on volume Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred - 2 plus years of experience within a distribution or similar environment - Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills - Ability to identify and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and assist in ensuring a high level of on-time shipping - Microsoft office applications - WMS and/or ERP experience a plus - Must be at least 18+ years old - Can lift 25 lbs About Footwear Unlimited
