Seeking rhythm guitarist/harmony vocals for working project

Hello, I am seeking a solid, experienced, mature rhythm guitarist who can sing harmonies for an active band. 40's to 60's in age likely the best fit. No substance issues, no drama. Looking for a motivated player that wants to help take a geat project to the next level with lots of gigging in mind. Not so much looking for a minimal rehearse, gig and get paid hired gun player. I'd like some involvemnt and motivation in promotion and gig ideas with hopes of a longer term relationship. Availability to rehearse and gig is paramount. If you are already in 2 or 3 projects this is probably not for you. Acoustic with amp or very clean electric would be best. Guitar parts would include being a second guitar on rythm sections; so coming up with alternative ways to strum, pick or play the chords being played. Lead fills and some improvsational lead parts also available in instrumentals. Harmony vocals as mentioned. There are two possible projects available. One is a successful trio, myself as the front man on guitar and lead vocals and then bass and drums. We play 50/50 unique versions of covers/ originals. The genre is a soulful folk and blues type vibe with a bit of funk. One open spot is in the band. We are gigging on average once a week right now. Some weeks off, some weeks two gigs. I'd like to get this number up. We get offerd gigs sometimes that we can't take becasue someone in the band in not available. I'd like to be able to take these gigs as a duet with the second guitarist. I am not into playing a 3 hour bar gig by myself. So the second opportunity would be to play with me on gigs that the band can't make. We would play esentially the same set of music and be promoting the band at the same time. Make more money on these too. We rehearse out of Longmont. We have played gigs in Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Windsor, Bailey, Golden, Ft. Collins ect.We have a booking agent and all the infrastructure of a working band. Not making heaps of mony at this point, but working to get bigger gigs. If it's all about the money for you, this is probably not for you. Looking for a passionalte player with a love of entertianing. The bigger we get, the more money obviously. *unfortunetlay, not looking to hire on a singer songwriter or front man. This is a rythm/some lead guitar and harmony vocals role.
