Tile Repair or New tile Installation

I have approximately 12 tiles that need to be taken up and re-installed. Most of these are up already. We will be installing new tile in 45 days but we are getting an appraisal and need to repair these for now. I have all material. I want to install new tile throughout our house (1941) square ft on a slab floor in 45 days or so. I need someone for both ASAP. I live near 20th St. West and M I am a semi retired contractor also preparing to build a new spec home. 1 day job at most. I am fair.
