Hello LA, We are looking for experienced Servers/Bartenders who are passionate, driven and inspired to create a unique experience for our high end clientele. Server must be able to work our DTLA rooftop event on July 30th afternoon/evening. You will have the opportunity to be part of an exclusive team (who often travel out of state) and work with elite clientele. We strive to provide our clients a custom dining experience and hospitality is at the forefront of our business model. Must have: -A great attitude -Be energetic -Be engaged -Professional -Reliable -Friendly As a server/Bartender, you will: - Be responsible for upscale table settings - Handle food and beverages - Present the menu and drink list - Describe the Chefs Menu in detail - Uphold fine dining etiquette - Clean/break down table settings - Inspect each piece of tableware used for any chips, irregularities, and cleanliness. Our Servers/Bartender's need to: - Have flawless grooming and behavior in a fine dining setting. - Whenever in view of guest, individuals should carry themselves with professionalism and poise. - Uniforms should be spotless and neatly pressed. - Hair should be neatly styled and pulled back from the face. - Hands should be well groomed, with nails trimmed short. - Stand and/or walk for an entire shift- from bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds. - Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record Most events are exclusively private, and guest may be of important status within their communities. therefore, we ask no film or photos to be taken unless requested by a manager on duty. Job Types -Part time Compensation Schedule: Probation Period: 90 Days, will be treated as a 1099 Contractor: -$18.00 an hour for Servers After Probation Period is over, we will reach out with an offer letter to be on payroll as a W2.
