Property maintenance company in need of a help. Duties include light handyman work landscaping gardening painting and general maintenance of commercial and residential properties. You must have your own transportation and tools may be paid extra. Must have experience with the following; carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, drywall and painting And yard upkeep. Reply back with a working number you answer and I will call to discuss the details. Cash pay at the end of each day for the first week. $12-$15/hr. $20/hr the second week.
