Help needed to complete house remodel

I am completing a house addition this month and I need someone available 3-5 days a week (full days, but some can be on the weekend) to help me complete the project. I will start anyone at $20 per hour and if your work justifies more, I will get you up to $25 per hour after 1 week. I anticipate 3-4 weeks of work. You will be doing some hard labor like digging holes, pouring concrete (for deck posts), moving materials, installing insulation, assisting with deck framing, cleaning and lots more. You need to have your own transportation, but do not need your own tools. Any construction experience is very helpful, but mostly a good attitude and an ability to work hard and show up on time is most important.
