Pipe Layer needed in Houston Pay Rate $18.00 up to $20.00 hour 1. Underground utilities experience. 2 Dig with a shovel open trenches / Pit to check for underground utilities. 3. Must pass a drug test. 4. Must have own transportation. 5. Clean up and restore job site to its original condition daily. Must have Safety Vest, Hard Hat, Boots, Rain Jacket as needed 6. Needs to know storm water and sanitary pipe installation. Weather Conditions may vary due to circumstances: Working in mud, dirt & water
