We need a talented handyman who owns their own tools, is well organized, has excellent time management skills, conducts themselves in a professional manner, is a problem solver, and possesses excellent communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
- General handyman skills for minor repairs
- Carry out property maintenance and repairs
- Outsourcing to local service providers for larger scale projects
- Professional interaction with all co-workers, team members, vendors, renters, etc.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant apps
- Manage renters and tenants in a timely and professional manner
- Complete move-in and move-out checklists with tenants
- Handle tenant complaints and issues
- Must be a quick thinker with the ability to examine a problem scenario and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner
- Track and complete lease renewals
- Clean, repair, and prepare vacant units
- Arrange vacancy advertising with marketing
- Conduct property showing
- Screen tenant applications and perform background checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000-$75,000 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday mainly
- Must be available after hours and weekends to assist with emergency issues that occur from time to time
