Description

General Contractor seeking subcontractor to perform multi-family and light commercial renovation work. Work includes renovation of apartment/townhouse units as well as small commercial spaces. Skills needed included but not are limited to, demolition, drywall, framing(wood and metal), cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical and tile installation. A typical project will require completion within 2-3 week timeframe. Success will be based on quality in a short timeframe. Large volume of work for those interested in completing jobs quickly. Full time supervision is available. All project materials are provided. Must have own tools for job and be available to work independently.
