Need skilled concrete workers this week; form / finish work

Hello, I'm working on a project at Detroit's Palmer Park to complete a disc golf course at the park. We are trying to pour concrete tee pads (14 of them), in advance of a tournament this Sunday. We have most of the forms in, but a few still need the forms to be framed. See photos of completed forms. Originally, we were planning on sending a full-size concrete truck in to shoot the forms and finish the concrete, but with the rain we're now thinking ready carts may make more sense. I'm looking for one person, or a small crew, who are experienced at framing forms, and finishing concrete likely from using ready carts. We are trying to do this ideally tomorrow or possibly another more dry day this week.
