Rather, we are a privately held, well established and growing business looking for JANITORIAL SERIVCES COMPANIES to PARTNER with. Premium Services, Inc. provides contract JANITORIAL services to commercial, corporate, business, industrial, educational, and institutional customers with facilities located throughout southeastern Michigan with primary focus on Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties. Premium Services, Inc. is seeking competent, entrepreneurial, existing-cleaning business owners. Because of today’s low unemployment rate and the difficulty in direct-hiring large staffs, Premium Services, Inc. is looking to partner with independent business owners and subcontract portions of our business portfolio. Typical Subcontracted Accounts: • 2, 3, & 5 times per week cleaning structures • Regular / routine janitorial duties • Typically evening & night-time cleaning schedules Potential Contractor-Partner: • Existing business entity(s) or • Current franchisee of national franchise cleaning operator • Has applicable insurance & workers’ compensation General Information: • All accounts and fee structures are negotiated & agreed upon between Premium Services, Inc. and subcontractor-partner • Subcontractor-partner’s payment schedule is net 30 • (Subcontractor-partner maintains a positive cash flow and is not responsible for receivables) • All work is mutually agreed upon and structured in a formalized contract & work agreement Premium Services, Inc. recognizes that our subcontractor-partners are independent business persons looking to grow their own business.
