Summary: Spray-in Bed liner Technician; Prepping/masking vehicle and applying hot spray-in bed liner chemical via high pressure spray gun system. Self-motivated, precise, and attention to detail a must. "One shot, one kill," so to speak, with this process. Essential Functions: Over seeing, servicing, and up keep on spray gun, and machine which control the chemical application Vehicle Preparation Vehicle Masking Application of chemical in a consistent coating Keeping bays clean. Supply ordering Shop help, and cleaning Required Skills: Use of Hand tools Forklift, air tools, power tools Oregon Drivers License Punctuality Work in team environment Cleanliness; Appearance, & work space Work hours flexibility, 5 days a week, Monday-Saturday 9-5:30 a must Required Abilities: Must have own transportation to and from initial training classes Lift 50 pounds or more Must pass respirator physical and fit test *must be clean shaven Organize assignments to meet work requirements Communicate orally in person in a one-to-one setting Read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets for chemicals used in the work environment and communicate to co-workers the precautions needed for safe handling of chemicals Work cooperatively with other company employees Work safely without presenting a direct threat to incumbent or others This is strenuous work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching and lifting Acceptable training and experience: We will train.
