We are rehoming our 2-1/2 year of female brindle Boxer named Roxy. She is spade, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and crate trained. We have all vet records available for her.
Roxy is looking to be the only pet in a new home. We do have other Boxers, but she really doesn’t like to be around them (she prefers to be alone). We also believe that she may act out around (or be extremely timid) other strange dogs or cats, that’s why we are looking for a new home for her where she will be the only pet in the house.
She would prefer a single or divorced, athletic, female companion (she gets along best with women). Roxy doesn’t like to socialize with men that she’s never met or doesn’t know very well, especially men that wear baseball caps or other types of hats. She typically hides from men and will growl at them. Roxy has never bitten anyone; she just runs and hides from people she doesn’t like.
Roxy loves to cuddle up on the couch watching a movie or in bed with you at night. She loves attention and likes to go on long walks and car rides. She is protective of her home and family but is not harmful and does not bite. She would need to be in a fenced yard or on a leash. She is not allowed to have any people food as it doesn’t agree with her stomach, but she does love to eat her Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin dry dog food.
Are you the right person for Roxy? If so, please reach out to us and let’s meet. We want to meet with you in person to make sure that she goes to the right home. She wants to meet you too!
There will be a rehoming fee.
