Looking to get my mobile home park - Lawn Care serviced every 10 days. Below is a description of what that looks like. Thank you Scope of Work Mission Maintain all landscape areas to keep a clean and uniform aesthetic appearance as well as a healthy, safe, and clean property condition that is pleasing to tenants and ownership alike. General Overview- The contractor is required to provide and maintain all of their own tools, equipment, materials, labor, and supervision that are required to complete the contracted service. Key defined terms Contractor - the individual or partnership entering into an agreement to maintain property landscape or sweeping services. Property - All land area that falls within the property lines of the land that is owned or leased by Spearhead Homes or its affiliates at the location(s) in reference and any areas that per local real estate and or government agreements are required to be maintained in addition, but fall outside of the formal property boundaries. This includes but is not limited to retention or detention areas, access drives or roads. Weekly Service - Requires at least one service visit within a seven day period. May include more than one service visit if an area needs to be addressed due to environmental conditions or failure of service. Debris- Any deposit of foreign objects such as sand, silt, leaves, rocks, wood, nails, trash, etc.
