Searching for Expert Carpenters to Build a Deck

I am a general contractor looking for a professional carpenter to help assist me with building a deck. The deck is approximately 12 feet by 6 feet. We need a carpenter to work closely that has reliable transportation (preferably their own work truck/van) to take on the job. I am looking to bring lots of new carpenters onto our team to complete remodeling jobs, decks and many other works, so please reach out. Must have references and insurance.
