Hello, to keep my prices cheaper, I offer window cleaning for ranch homes and single story business only, I only work close to home because of the high gas prices, no ladders to lug around and no safety issues with a ladder on your property. I offer an initial full cleaning, that includes cleaning out window sashes of bugs and accumulated dirt, cleaning of screens, removal of Wasp nests, Spider webs and inspection and caulking of windows. Most 3 bedroom ranch homes run $125-175 for initial full cleaning, return visits to clean them for the year would be around $50-100 for just window cleaning and maintenance, it can depend on if you have no screens or do have screens and what type. I use simple vinegar based cleaning solution, nothing harsh.
