Description
We have a full-time position in one of our nicest manufactured Home Communities in Escondido, The position includes landscape maintenance, grounds keeping, general maintenance and janitorial duties. Must have landscaping knowledge and experience with irrigation repairs, mowing, and use of weed eater.
It is required that employee have a good running, registered vehicle and have current license and insurance. We provide tools and equipment at property. Maintenance person only works on the park's common areas and park owned utilities. We do not work on or in Resident homes.
Compensation package includes $13.00 per hour, PLUS 3 Bdrm. home provided by management. Employee is responsible to pay utilities.
