Certified auto mechanic for major tune up on GMC vehicle

Major tune up on 2007 Buick Lacrosse CX 3.8L V-6 with a 3800 Series III engine with approx. 130,000 miles. Experiencing poor gas mileage due to car being parked for 3+ years. ASE and/or GM certified mechanic looking for a side job preferred. Mobile mechanic or shop is okay. OEM or comparable quality parts only; my preference is to purchase the parts to avoid large mark ups and to ensure quality parts are being used if I can. Please be experienced, professional, efficient, and organized. New spark plugs and wires (6) > Replace fuel filter > Replace fuel pump > Clean or replace fuel injectors (6) > Clean gas tank > Replace engine and cabin air filters > Replace Oxygen Sensors (4) > Change oil and oil filter > Replace timing belt > Replace serpentine belt > Inspect belts, hoses, clamps and recommend replacements needed > Replace PCV valve > Replace transmission fluid and filter > Replace power steering fluid and filter > Inspect braking system and recommend repairs needed (breaks, rotors, calipers, etc) > Inspect suspension system and recommend repairs needed (struts, springs, etc) > Rotate and balance tires > Front wheel alignment > Repair leak in oil pan > Replace motor mounts > Clean engine > Recommend any other repairs needed. I can’t go too long without a vehicle and would like all the work to be done at the same time. If providing an hourly rate, please give me an idea of how many hours it would expect to take to complete. Thank you,
