I am plugging away at a renovation in Santa Rosa where the goal is to just get the house livable now to rent it out. Basically I need someone who can help with many different things and it doesn't have to super pro level perfection on any one thing (drywall doesn't need to be absolutely perfect etc). But I would like you to have experience and not just be like me and trying to watch youtube videos and figure it out. I need some creative who wants side work maybe retired builder. I have a lot of the tools, but if you have some they are probably better quality than mine (chop saw and table saw here are pretty old). I also want this to be fun and want to work with someone who hopefully we get along with. Work environment is laid back and happy to drink some beers after work. Happy to discuss more but someone that is generally good at all levels of construction and even doing some plumbing or light electrical would be great. Please be around the Santa Rosa area-- the closer to me the better-- East Santa Rosa. Please send me some photos of work you have done / tell me about yourself.
