California apparently had a 'budget surplus', even though they are Trillions in DEBT. O.K., so what does Newsom want to do with that 'surplus'? Well, he's definitely NOT giving it back to the Taxpayers he took it from. He'll find some other 'need' for the money, like taking care of illegals, or some other anti-American shit. Between Newsom and his Aunt Nancy, California has been pretty well fucked for a long time. Maybe it's time for Californians to wise up and quit voting for the same assholes over and over and over....
