the punishment should fit the crime....if you shoot someone in the stomach and the person survives...the survivor you shot should have the right to shoot you in the stomach...if the person doesn't survive.... the next of kin to the victim should receive this duty...if you hit someone with a base ball bat and broke the person's arm...after the person with the broken arm has healed the arm...this person should have the right to hit you with a bat and break your arm...if you stab someone in the back...you get the picture...and if some hits and run and damages your car's rear tail light and has no insurance to cover your damage...you should have the right to break this person's car rear tail lights...
