Evelyn Apartments in Medford is looking for a retired or semi-retired person to be an on-site handy-person for general labor tasks. Hourly pay depends on experience and skills. Work hours vary from week to week. Work is 50-100 hours per month, with more hours possible. Job work can begin immediately. Easily earn enough to cover the entire rent. Our mission is to provide high quality housing and community at competitive local pricing, and to respond quickly to any emergency or maintenance request. Work tasks are at two properties in Medford and one in Jacksonville, and include yard work, minor plumbing, minor electrical, cleaning, painting, repairs, and lockout service. The manager's apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom townhouse (two story) with wood floors. There is one reserved off-street manager's parking spot. The rent is $1200.00 per month, refundable security deposit is $2000.00. References and some experience required, must pass screening.
