Reptile with small tank

Reptile and tank up for adoption, this little guy was abandoned at the apartment complex I work at. No luck finding owners and it seems pretty sick. I tried to give water and it tries to drink. Tried to give crickets per a suggestion and it has trouble eating. Hoping someone experienced can help the little guy. Must pick up in Owasso.
