Fleet Field Maintenance/Yard Coordinator Accepting resumes for Fleet Field Maintenance/Yard Coordinator. This position is responsible for organizing, documenting, overseeing all aspects of repair, services and performing minor repairs of Blooming Desert’s Fleet. Along with, organizing and maintaining the 3 Blooming Desert Construction Yards. The Fleet Field Maintenance/ Yard Coordinator maintains contact with the Blooming Desert Fleet Coordinator and all repair facilities through exceptional professional verbal communication. All persons must be authorized to work in the US for any employer and have a valid Arizona Driver's License. This position's duties include, but not limited to, organizing and following a weekly Outlook Calendar. Operating vehicles and heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Mini Skid Steers and Mini Excavators). Submitting/receiving Blooming Desert Fleet Vehicles to/from service and body shops. Driving company truck and pulling trailers to repair facilities. Communicating with Blooming Desert Fleet Coordinator to scheduled deliveries and pickup of trucks, equipment and power tools, that need services and/or repairs. Making minor repairs on trucks, trailers, equipment and power tools. Pay, to start, depends on experience, $40,000 Annually. - Good communicator (preferred) - Drive a truck while pulling a trailer in tow - Clean Arizona driver’s license - Can proficiently use smart phone and smart tablet - Ensure safety policies are being followed - Deliver trucks & equipment to Automotive & Heavy Equipment Repair Facilities - Highly Organized (preferred) - Thoroughness - Detail orientated, has an eye for small details (preferred) - Has no physical limitations to complete tasks - Good judgement and decision-making skills - Self-starter and takes ownership of their performance - Dependable - Works well with team Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $40,000 Annually Experience: - Automotive and/or Heavy Equipment Service Technician experience preferred, but not necessary.
